You might be worrying too much if:
- Your thinking causes you intense emotional distress and has been interfering with your daily functioning for some time
- You think about a problem frequently or constantly, but your constant thinking doesn’t lead to solutions.
- The things you worry about are not likely to happen.
- You continue to worry about a future event, even though you’ve done all the problem solving possible.
