Do You Worry Too Much?

You might be worrying too much if:

  • Your thinking causes you intense emotional distress and has been interfering with your daily functioning for some time
  • You think about a problem frequently or constantly, but your constant thinking doesn’t lead to solutions.
  • The things you worry about are not likely to happen.
  • You continue to worry about a future event, even though you’ve done all the problem solving possible.
