Poor sleep can lead to mood disturbances, lack of motivation, decreased attention span, difficulty concentrating, low energy levels, and increased fatigue. And it's incredibly common: Insomnia -- inability to sleep through the night -- affects about one out of three adults at least once a year, yet only 5% of people with insomnia ever seek help.
